Ganguly was picked in the test team for the tour of Pakistan for his experience. He did not fare badly, however for Test series at home, its better to develop youngsters and, Raina and Kaif deserve to be given a chance. Though the decision does not make sense right now, it will reap success in the future.

A Big empahtic NO. It was a delibrate decision to end his career. They dont want him in the team. Who the hell are they to play with the career of a great crcketer who successfully served the country for such a long time. This time there was every chance to accomodate him in the team since Yuvraj was back with injury. Even he spoke for Ganguly last day. But they always find enough reasons to exclude him. They fear him. I challange you Chappel and More, if you are in true spirit, give him one chance..a single chance..I bet he will literally strip you and your decisions. But they dont dare to challange. That y they wont allow a single chance to hold his bat.
Dravid was praised about the 'courageous' act to open the first test in Pakistan. They dared to send Ganguly as an opener, just because they knew he can score a big one in a flat track. This is really bad. This is no sports...no spirit... This is the worst politics i ever witnessed in Indian cricket.
Dear Mr. Chappel, you try out every possible ways to close him..But he will get that chance..not to prove(he already proved) but to blast you. Mind you, Sourav is a fighter..He won't stop his career like this. I think u messed up with the wrong person.

No, in view of the current situation it is not correct to drop him as he has a lot of experience and is definitely a good player, at a later stage yes but only if we have bench strenght like we have in the One Day Team. I request that politics be removed from sports, not only cricket but in all spheres of sports.

No,its wrong. He is in good knick and his experience would be handy. He still has some cricket left in him n he should have been included in the team.
