Now foget abt OZ,their days r gone.
both SL & India thogh they havnt done well in SA(specially SL),nw i think that will change.
According 2 what we`v seen in IPL their pitches arn`t that different.
Also unlike past nw most SL and Indian players handle fast bowlers pretty well as india hv many great players & sl also hv the likes of Sanga,Dili, Mahela ,Samaraweera & Mathews.
Also nw these teams hv good Fast bowlers..(india-Sharma,Zaheer & 4 sl-Malinga,Thushara & Nuwan)
Y im not putting SA at top bcoz their inability 2 play spin. They will dominate the world out side the Subcontinent,bt thats nt enough to b no 1 as nw 4 asian countries r plyn .
they will find it really hard 2 play somewhere like SL as they dnt hv a one gd spinner(Dont think Botha z gd enough 2 trouble a Asian batting lineup)

India will definitely dominate the world cricket, SL is only better only in its own den remember SL has not yet won a test in India, SL has yet to prove it outside the subcontinent. India has better batsmen and bowlers

Australia will be back on top, you can count on that. But until then, it has to be either SA or India. But since SA can't play spin properly, they will be out soon. SL's batting order is not very impressive. SL counts too much on Murali and bowlers. India won both ODI's and Tests in their last tour of SL.Considering their batting lineup as opposed to SL's much weaker lineup. If they can improve bowling a bit more, no doubt they will dominate. LOL look at all thes paki's tryin to pretend their country has a above average cricket team, lmfao that T20 fluke win is all they have, did they forget they lost to SL straight afterwards in the tour?

Although india has nt won a away series apart frm nz(very weak side). Lost 2-1 in sa, 2-1 in sl, 2-1 in auz.

Although sa beat the crap out of india in nagpur by giving them a heavy innings defeat n they had to prepare a dust bowl to win last test.

Although their latest sensation ishant sharma hasn't been good in last 1 yr.

Although sa hav won almost all away series.

Although their best spinner harbhajan gets frustated and defensive if someone starts using his feet and attack him.

Although their great odi player yuvraj singh is a struggler in test matches against high class spin and swing.

Although their fielding is still way behind sa, nz,aus,sl.

Bt EVEN THEN i think they wil dominate.

Jst 1 question.

HOW?

By winning in bangladesh. Maybe.

hmmm.. its little bit tough to say exactly now.. becoz india is in rest for d last 3months.. but surely india ll become best team in world cricket.. there s no doubt in t.. but some major injuries for indian players s a prob nw.. so if there s a team work in india it ll surely becom a best best team.. abt SL i dont feel much bettr compared to india.. b'coz there s not much impressive n batting order for them(exception s only experienced wo gonna retire soon).. they shine much ONLY in bowling.. but SA ll also b considered.. they ll b best competition for indians.. also for d world cricket..

At present the simple answer is no. SL is in a better position than India as India have a few major retirements on the horizon. In both cases neither side has won a test series in Australia or SA.

We are picking up after our retirements but SA aren't in that boat yet and will be the major force in test cricket for the next few years at least.

No I think cricket is going to be very competitive from now one with a lot of teams gunning for top spot I don't think there will be another domination spell like aus's for a very long time

India's fast bowlers are nothing they just look good because they play for India a team with no good fast bowlers

SA will dominate cricket. why? look in all forms of the game we have excellent players in the sidelines. we have Prince, Morkel, Langeveldt, Mckenzie,Ntini, Peterson,Ontong the list goes on.all these players can play all forms of the game.

@Bill P, You haven't seen our domestic bench did you???

And btw we had won both Under 19 World Cup and Emerging Player's Trophy(India outplayed both SA and Aus).....So it will be a close competition between SA and India....
