Actually when my account was suspended, I had created another account and when my original one was re instated, I stopped using that. Just a while before, I just logged in to that account to see one of the questions which I was not allowed to see (Blocked). I saw I have got this message from the Y!A team. This was completely a new thing for me and just wanted to share with you all, in case you didn't know about this.

It's a big concern that you are using someone else's account. Technically a confession like this should mean that we should suspend not only the Answers profile but the account as a whole including Email.
We will overlook it this time and we will reinstate your account. Please do use this as the final warning though to be wary with comments such as the atom bomb one which was indeed the answer that tilted the balance.
We cannot watch a section but we are very aware of the issues in the Cricket section. We are aware that we are not always able to react to Emails on the spot so we have actually given a number of the cricket section users an alternative way to get the worst (abusive) profiles reported in a quicker manner, and that is by visiting the following (of course non Yahoo endorsed) Chatzy room http://www.chatzy.com/956788853016 The guys there are regular users that we are in close contact with because of them fighting spam and they also do pick up other kinds of abuse as well.

Therefore we would advise you to use this route (or email to us) or by pressing the report abuse button, rather than trying to take them on in Answers itself.

Enjoy using Answers again and please do let us know if you face any problems we can help you with rather than letting it escalate.

You created the new account since this (the currently you posted this question) account was suspended.

And in the new one you got that "you are using someone Else's account" ???

Well aware of that sight,it is connected to the YA suggestion board.It is effective & deals promptly with abusers,trolls,spam & threats.
