what is the time difference between NZ and england?

i though the match starts today (tuesday).i woke up and found that the first day of the test was over and done with! but on zee theyre showing the match today during the night and early hours of the morning.what the hell

I had the exact same problem as you. I was shocked to find out the match was on at night. The time difference is 13 hours unfortunately. However currently at 9.45pm I am watching the highlights which have been on for ages on Zee Cinema so that's a consolation prize, I guess.

GMT is 5 & half hours behind IST and NZ is ahead of India by nearly 9-10 hours, so see for yourself.



If you are in India, start watching the match at 2am if its an 11am start and GMT time you can start at 8:30 pm, so that you can make up 14:30 to 15:30 hours difference and adjust accordingly,if match starts at 10 am and start an hour earlier, at 7:30pm.

9 hours is wrong, it is actually 13, when NZ is in daylight saving time and England is not.



The test starts for the day at 12 noon in NZ, which corresponds to 11 pm in England.
