Every human is different in nature. So u cant say that, they are bad or good. Even many of Paki's (my country) users here are quite biased, but some are really good like, Rehman bhai and Rocker. So we have mixture of all here in all nations.

Nicest in Nature would probably be New Zealand. I think that is mainly because not many of them exist and the ones that do don't participate all that often.

In fact, its the governments of nations which are at fault/can be hostile.. not the people.
