Hello. Hope you are doing well amidst the current crisis.

I need help with a cricket game I used to play on my pc 15 or more years ago. 

English county cricket could have been played on it as well as international cricket. We could hire international cricketers to play on county teams who had to be released for international tours. I think the game was released in the mid or late 90s.

Any help with the name of the game will be appreciated. Name of any such game in current settings will be appreciated too. Thank you.
